Just an update. I ended up putting Cooper 245 / 75 ATRs on. I had to accept it was a family wagon most of the time. Even so the Coopers are 26mm taller so give a 13 mm lift on top of what the OME's give. Also the storage system is in as is the cargo barrier matched to the storage system. I wire in t...

Hey muddy been there done that. In fact thats what i copied but without the drawers and mines in black. Blacks always cooler! I've now cut the cargo barrier and welded a new base on it and bolted it onto the storage false floor. What I'm thinking of doing is revising it in a while using 2-3 mm alumi...

Storage system

Rainsey, thats a pretty good set up I like the idea of the table under the draws. I ended up building a raised false floor type arrangement with 18mm ply for the frame and top, no draws, and with the same carpet and brass recessed fittings you used. I am looking to revamp it in the not to distant fu...

OK so I've been reading everyone elses stuff I should send mine in. I'm Todd on the south coast (NSW) and just over a year ago I replaced the trusty old zook (with a full body lift and raised suspensin and all the beefed up stuff) with a new "Family Car". The Family car just happens to be a 2002 TD ...

Storage setups in back of Jackaroo

I've just fitted a cargo barrier to the back of Jack and am interested in any ideas and pics for storage sytems in the back including choice of materials ie wood vs alluminium etc. Also water storage ideas.
I noted a few guys mention storage systems and would be keen to hear about them.

I now have the info I just need to turn it into reality. I meant to put the first of these emails on the Roll Call Stic...

The sooner the better so I can test them out. Next task is to find out how to reduce the size of my pics so I can post them Thanks ag...

Thanks for the tips, Looking at the BFG website there's 255 / 70 and 245 75 both of which should give a slightly higher profile. I'm not really after an extreme beasty but I certainly want a competent off roader. (besides the boss won't fund big changes) Gazza are you using the standard rims for the...

The Family car just happens to be a 2002 TD SE Jackaroo now sporting a 20mm lift thanks to OME shocks, TJM bull b...
