just cut a length of flat bar say 10mm x 3 or 4mm enough to match the lift uve added to ur truck. drill the two holes in each end of new extension and bolt to bracket on diff and LPV. i have pics of mine if ya want me to post or email them.

he is running rears up front with is 3" forward straight up , but i believe he has also redrilled the perches to gain and extra 1" on top of that. so his diff is 4" forward he is running ifs rears int he back as well, which moves the diff back 1" this gives the MIGHTY 83 a wheel base of 117" (stock ...

In my LN106 Dual Cab, the cab bolts were 85mm (so 135mmx8 grade 8 bolts with nyloc nuts) and the tub bolts were 45mm (so 95mmx6 grade 8 bolts with nyloc nuts).

sounds a bit long. check what oil filter is on it. there is often two types advailable. the cheaper one (which dosn't filter as well) does tend to cause the oil pressure to take a while to build up. afaik there are 2 different Z9 filters (Z9 & Z9a), i'll see if i can dig through the old pile and ...

silicone gutter sealant - works every time and cost less than the Auto stuff! Dont use roofing silicone. It will leak like a seive after a year or so of use. Use proper RTV sealant like Ultra Blue, Stag etc. I would use a gasket too, they are only $10 from repco. Yeah I think i will get a gasket as ...

what should i use between the diff centre and housing (when changing diff centres) to prevent leaking? Is there a special gasket or something else i can use?
