start with the simple stuff. Compression check,at that age I wouldnt be surprises if burnt valves. Not a majorand valve stem seals can be replaced at same time.Go out at night when dark and look for spark jumping from leads, this be encouraged buy squirting with water from old kitchen pump cleaner ...

just been rewiring a vp 3.8 commo loom and noticed that the + are joined together but so are all the triggers. why would you trigger all injectrs at the same time. how does that effect economy etc. any info appreciated thanks

adding electric fuel pump
Has anyone added a facit or similar 4-5 psi pump back at the tank on a diesel engine. Would it help or hinder. I added one to a marine engine to help on startup after being idle for weeks at a time. it ran constantly and the motor felt a heap better. comments please

gq trayback rear coils
the coils fitted now only compress 50mm so are probably HD or worked ok before the trayback mod. I need coils with greater flex . will be useing toughdog shocks aprox 760mm travel . I dont want to reinvent the wheel and fill the shed with more spare parts. any suggestions out there. Thanks
