Are you seriously asking if a std V6 engine harness will plug in on a V8 ??? If you are, might consider shelving the conversion plans now. myb mad on the wording, i ment will i be able to just swap the looms over as the V6 is now spliced in with the std hilux one. so will i just be able to disconne...

hay guys, i have a VP v6 in my Ln106 at the moment with a auto

im looking at trying to swap it out for a 5.0 v8

can any one tell me what will need to be changed, will the V6 harness work on the v8

so my brakes are fucked, i tryed bleeding them but it didnt help , when i first push the pedal it gose right to the floor, but after pumping it a few times it builds up pressure now im guessing its the master cylinder ?? what i would like to know is if can i slap a 80 series one to give it better fe...

what you need to do is decide on your body lift size, get the bits (blocks and bolts) then do the lift as it were a manual but pay special attention to your shifter etc and if it needs to be modified and or cut etc then do it. it is really not that hard and as i have said before, by the time you ge...

another quick one, would it be easier just to use 1inch lift blocks the go under the leaf and on top of the diff ??

hay every one, just made a bid on some 2' body lift blocks on e-bay, $70 for 12 they come with the inner steel tube but no nuts and bolts, can and one tell me what size bolts i will need and if 12 will do or do i need to order extra blocks, its a 93 ln105 dual cab

i use a HSV one, ive drop it out of the car god knows how many times and ive even drivin over it 3 times and it still works 100% :) there not to easy to come, unless u happen to own a 2000 on HSV

thats one of the thing im still not 100% on should i be looking at 36/10.5 or 36/12.5, ive got 12.5 muddys on now and i most say i lovw wide tyres they just seem to stable the truck better + they look way better :twisted:

i dont know about every body else but i think a 4" body lift is way to big for a hilux, if u still wonna add some spring and shackle lift u will be calling it the rollux :lol: , i would stick with the body lift untill u can find some cheap shocks and leafs then chop the body lift into a 2"...
