even with a dc you will flog out your unis i'd highly recommend going the part time kit... i had major issues even after a dc shaft was made up and put on... with a 5" lift that is.. vibrations were pretty bad before hand and with the DC it's hardly noticeable but depending how quiet your tyres are ...

quite a few new hilux's have their clutches dying, I would strongly suggest going onto the forum @ www.newhilux.net and there is a thread regarding it, I do believe Toyota is replacing the clutch and/or gearbox under warranty.

Bluemax gear is from Cofap and same with majority of other shocks & struts etc. I have been running Bluemax struts, shocks, coils & leafs since July last year on my 06 SR5 Hilux (2 inch lift) and have had a couple of hiccups but the warranty is 100% they have had a few issues with newer model Hilux ...

Yeah Alchemist I have seen how good your tailpipe on your old 80 series worked in the mud :finger: Yeah but it was already stuffed and hanging low anyways :) this time it shouldnt be much of an issue, its no lower than factory and the fact that I won't get to play in that type of terrain again haha

Dave.... not the ideal spot for a pipe but is OK if you never go off-road :)

I assume an 80 series front diff, flipped?

KP4x4: The canopy is fairly well sealed it's just my tail gate that isn't sealed but I think I might have come up with an idea, will give it a shot over next weekend or so.
