yeh the castor has been built built into the diff, the knuckles have been rotated 5 deg. i feel like i may be chasing the wrong problem anyways, im thinking it could actually be an 'egg' in the front right hand side tyre, but either way the steer box is rooted, so it needs to be done anyways. cheers ...

the crank angle sensor can definitely be intermittent.

mine caused the biggest headaches in the world. Ended up being the crank angle sensor, so replaced that, the connector and dissi cap.

has been running great ever since, touch wood.
