we def need to pull our fingers out and mount the tanks for them. but yeh manifold. compressor. fittings.. relief valve just to be safe (if using a tank)
inline oiler is handy but not neccesary

yeh thats what i was doing..
did a full swivel hub and bearing rebuild etc.. fixed it to an extent but it finally let go.. will just chuck the spare in and hope for the best too. ;)

yeh going to get a tierod remover as i will probably use it again in future. once you got that undone did you pull it up and out or drop it?
just feels like it is getting stopped by the radiator bracket

whats the best way to remove a steering box.. do you have to remove the radiator? or undo the tierod and then lift it up and out? got it unbolted but cant see which way to go.. :S

I bought a rebuild kit for it (Bearings n seals), but i cant get it apart, looks like i may need to make a custom socket for it. you work this one out PJ? i am looking at replacing my one as it dumped its oil out the other day.. looks ...

i had a similar knock/thunk.. turned out it was the hard line for the passenger side brake was rubbing on the draglink. must have gotten bent up from a stick or something..

I just installed a lockright in the rear of my zook and i love it.most noticable thing is the constant ratcheting round corners and ppl think your zook is a shitbox about to explode.
in the wet its fun but easy to control as it doesnt just spin one tyre. offroad it rocks and you will never look back.

i had a whole setup and decided to just install the compressor for onboard air.. ill just wind the windows down when offroad.

i think Joe is on the money. its more than likely a Jap 1.3 efi setup.. as the US wiring diagram i have doesnt match up. colour codes seem to differ. laid it all out on the garage floor and it looks to be for a RHD zook. it is missing a few plugs here and there that i can tell so may just strip the ...

good point didnt think of that.. ill lay it out in relation to the fuse box and see how it looks. worse comes to worse ill just have the 'new' fuse box on the passenger side and wiring it into the current loom.
