Thanks Phillip

I complltetly removed the Enforcer alarm and it stil has the issue. The Front fan swtiches on and the engine cuts out. Your Thermostat suggestion and air con relay suggestion sound right. I think this is not going to get handed over to the mechanic.

Thanks for your reply

RRC 92 vogue SE - Cutting out regularly

I have a RRC 92 Vogue. Lately there has been several instances where the Car has been hiccuping and sand then finally cutting out. After which the Front Fan keeps running ( in front of the radiator). The only way I can rectify this is disconnect the battery - terminal and then attempt to start it ...

Massive Oil leak - Explosion more like it !

I just towed my Disco MY03 home with the trusy old Rangie. Oil everywhere in the engine bay , and predominantly on the passenger side underneath. Probably started as slow leak by the trail i followed back on the dirt road , but as I drove up a hill it really dropped all its load and and shuddered to ...

Got any more info or a link to the FatBoy globe stuff? i might be interested in doing the same to my 93. Thos if your handy with a pair of side cutters and a multi meter you could do the 90/130 conversion for way less than that. No more info sorry , I just phoned three ARB stores and asked them and ...

Thanks all for your tips , I think the fat boy globe option could be an issue based on the lack of comittiment from ARB to say I wont cook my wiring if I put them in without the relays and loom. So Ill bite the bullet and get it done properly I guess.

Fuel Tank Removal

When I fill my tank up in my 92 Vogue , there is fuel that leaks down over the rear of it on the drivers side. Apart from a loose hose connection could this be something as simple as an overflow mechanism ? Is the process of removal of the tank to investigate a simple one ? Any suggestions would be ...

Thanks all for the suggestions , especially the missus comment :D , she doesnt ride in my car so I can't fix it that easliy. I'll get the diff oil checked out etc and check bearings. Considering this was a very clean original car when bought ,I doubt the gearing has been played with. Thanks again

Whining rear end in my RR

Can any one suggest what might be causing a whining sound on deceleration on my 92 stock RR from 120Kph down to 40kph. It does the same regardless if Auto is in drive or neutral. The tyres are road based tread on the front and a little more aggressive like an AT on the rear. I will be replacing ...
