okay what is the major difference in petrol and diesel tanks (other then what type of fuel is used).

Can you use an old diesel tank for petrol if it is cleaned out properly??

i have got 33 on 15x8 rims. the only thing is you loose full lock in the steering as the tyres rub against the spring.

The front rotors are fine

Yes they are being bleed the correct way.

It seems like there is air in the system some where but we just cant find how the air is getting in there. The Master Cylinder has been replaced with a brand new one and there is no leaks anywhere.
