15 psi would be good enough for what i want i have been spoilt with my old disco 300tdi 20psi boost :twisted: :twisted:
it went quite hard :D

What are the max boost pressure that the turbo and engine can handle it is 10 psi stock un intercooled id keep the boost at 15 or under but dont want to strain the turbo to much

2.8 fuel pump tweak

so far ive done a 2.5 inch zorst with 3 inch dump pipe
and done the pump tweak i will do boost next week

so far ive only done pre-boost fueling and fuel rate
this is done by winding down the star wheel and rotating the diaphragm
on the injector pump
whent from being pitiful to pretty good but ...

tranny flex plate and spacers torque converter shifter oil lines and cooler
engine crane makes the job easier
not a super hard job but time consuming should be able to do it for under 1k price of gearbox is the exxy bit

i am thinking of selling my disco

it is running gq diffs 80 series springs part time converted warn winch and other odds and ends 35s flares full length roof rack and cargo barrier spotties dual batteries uhf dvd tough dog big bores with in cab kit etc
it is a 94 model 300tdi with hi flow turbo ...

well looks like im going to pull the disco off the road come Christmas time as these new laws are looking grim and it is not worth spending the coin id need to to get it to pass under the new scheme
so i am thinking of buying a 2000 onwards fender 130
my question is who has one what do you think ...

i can repair them myself and these are twice as thick as the lra ones and he is using weave matting so they will be strong im still not keen on the idea of plastic flares after seeing a few on trucks around here the glass ones look better IMO
