All Im really concerned with is how much power the ZF will sap. If its going to make the 3.9 a slug then I will go with the LT95.

For those that dont know Im building up a 76 2 door Range Rover with a 3.9 in it. I have both an LT95 and a ZF 4 speed in my shed, which one should I run ?

I want to run the LT95 because I have fears that the ZF will sap the power out of my 3.9 but ...

Type of exhast for 3.9 Disco V8

Hey,

I have a 3.9 V8 going in my 76 Rangie. I need to sort an exhaust of some sorts for obvious reasons.

Do you guys have any recommendations on the type of exhaust system that would work best with this engine ?

I am looking for a set of extractors as we speak, who make the best set ...

Strange Rover I would be very interested to know what suspension is under the rangie in that first picture. I just bought a rolling range rover with every thing but a motor and box as a project vehicle. I would like it to have similar flex to your rover in the picture above. So can you please give ...

Project Rangie

Hey,
I just wanted to know people opinions on Range Rover gearboxes. I have no preference between manual and automatic gearbox. I have been quoted 1.5k for a good second hand zf auto and transfercase and also 1.5k to rebuild a lt95 four speed and more to ungrade it to army spec. The gearbox will be ...

Thanks

What about using a ZF auto box from a later range rover. Marks makes an adaptor for this box and ppl are running 300bhp 4.6 hse motors with them so they mush be strong enough. That means I can use a later model LR transfer case without needing an adaptor. Im also considering choppin off the back of ...

Holden 308 conversion

Im thining about using an early 2 door RR as a project rig. My question is what is involved in puttin in a holden 308 carby motor in place of the 3.5 V8 and what gearbox would be best suited to this conversion. Auto or manual it doesnt matter as im not fussed either way.

Zook spoa

Hey,
I was just wondering what the average price of a spoa conversion was? Also would the standard 85 SJ axles be able to handle 32" rubber? If not what would be the maximum size people would recomend. Im new to this whole zook thing so if there are any other things I should know about or and good ...
