31" will fit well in a Rocky (Fourtrack/Rugger) without any lift?

If its any use, the Saas boss kit number is 155 for a Rocky (Fourtrak). However, whilst they say it is long, its not long enough to clear the nut and steering shaft. I ended up making a spacer that fits between the wheel and the boss. I needed about 5mm clearance. http://groups.msn.com ...
