Is the LJ70 the Prado???? (similar to mine)

I am running ARB RD23s at both ends of mine & they are absolutely brilliant.

The articulation of the LJ70 is pretty ordinary, so with lockers it will make a huge difference.

A warning regarding extreme sports, including 4being

As spectators......many do not think about event safety...they assume that nothing will happen or that event organizers have it figured out......... One thing people need to remember.........in extreme sports anything can happen.....you need to think for yourself.....when organizers tell you to get ...

Re: Narva driving lights

Narva driving lights. Does anyone else think that they are not up to the task? My reflectors fell out of the plastic (super flexy) housings after getting some air. The l/h housing cracked, but the reflector did not break. The r/h reflector smashed as it hit the bull bar it was mounted to. Mine work ...

I offered to do a fair dinkum product evaluation 2 years ago when they first looked at stocking them. The manufacturer backed down when he saw how I wanted to test it (pump up 10 tyres from 10 psi to 40 psi in a timed run) against a few of the better known 4wd compressors. I can only guess they have ...

I have been quoted around $1400 fitted for the locker & another $350 plus fitting for the compressor.

I'm thinking of buying one - has anybody modified one? jump over to yahoo & join the prado group, it's free & they have heaps of knowledge in regard to mods. www.lcool.org I am sure that you will find the 90scool_aus group or 120scool group will be satisfying (depending on which you are after)

I have a 70 series Prado, not quite the same as most you see on the roads though.

I also know a few people with the 95 series Prado & the 120 Series who have done some mods.

What sort of modifications are you looking to do.

Mine was pretty cheap too.
Air Hose from a garage sale for $5 & $2 each for the fuel filters.
Then probably another 50 cents for the cable ties to tie it all up.
