engine cuts out

Not sure if this has been covered before, I did a search but did not find anything.

I have a 4.2 petrol and on start up it runs for a few seconds then dies, it restarts easy and even with a few revs it still dies. once its going it sometimes (short trip down the road) cuts out while driving, if you ...

I have rotated the tyres today and it has fixed them. Having mud terrains I expect to have some noise. But when they were first fitted below 30kp/h everything in the car would rattle and vibrate.

But as said I have now rotated them and all seems much better

Thanks

I have had 3 sets of BFG Muds. When they are new they are nice and quite, but the more they wear down the noisier they get. I still think they are a good all round tyre though, because they handle well on the road and provide pretty good traction in the bush, while wearing well. Definately not as ...

MUD TERRAINS & NOISE

Hello people

I have just put a s/h set of BFG muddies 32x11.5x15 on the Mav.

They are very noisy and below about 30kp/h there is like a shutter- similar to going over a catlle grate.

Is this normal behaviour for these tyres?

I had a feroza with maxxis buckshots on it before hand and they were ...

COLD START PROBLEM

Hey Guys

I have just recently bought a Maverick petrol/ Gas

I am having dramas with cold starts, when it starts it misses and splutters once idle starts to settle it starts a popping sound. When put under load it backfires. It is near impossible to drive cold. Once warm (about 1/4 temp) it drives ...

another 33" questions

I have just bought a Mav, and it has had the suspension replaced. It appears to be 2" lift, for arguments sake though I will say it has no lift.
Will 33"s fit with standard height suspension?

I am looking to get some asap but no point if thy dont fit.....

have the torsion bars wound up to compensate for the 2" lift, when compressed like it is in that pic they do scrub pretty hard
