Wheel centre hole spacer thingy

Quite some time ago a shop sold me some 15x7 rims and 31's for my poojero.

Now i've been told recently that they're not legal or safe to use because the rims weight is being taken by the wheel nuts, not the raised part which should sit snugly into the hole in the centre of the rim.

First problem ...

NE pajero auto locking hubs problem

Hi People,

I've got an issue with the NE paj SWB. My front left auto hub will not lock in. Whatever the switch that operates the light on the dash isn't activating either.

I guess something has siezed up inside, as it was working fine and then sat for a while.

Can anyone give me any advice here ...

I haven't used the magna engine (completely) on my conversion. However I have seen the site which you linked on your post, and it seems to hold up.

I've done the conversion using Magna EFI onto the pajero engine, which is a *fun* task in itself.

If you're looking for a little more information try ...

Ah you see... Volume and pressure are not the same thing, you should try to match the flow rates fairly closely between your lift/main pump. Also bearing in mind that you should use a fuel return from the injector rail back to the surge tank, and a return from the surge tank to the fuel tank. Your ...

Should be able to finish off the work this weekend. I'm a newbie to the area too, so it will be good to have someone else come along.

No exhaust at the moment, but I could be up and running within a few hours as soon as my extractors come back.

I'm running the standard airbox, on different plumbing however. Firstly it's running rich because it's on limp settings (i think) meaning that the ECU is running off a factory "safe" setting, and not adjusting timing/mixture based on sensor inputs.

The problem with the pod filter (on mitsi AFMs) is ...

Someone help, immovable welsh plug

I've got a welsh plug which won't budge from the exhaust side of my engine under the extractors. It's pretty bloody big, and needs to be removed due to a light leak.

I've tried knocking a hole in it and levering it out, and tried to punch it in from the rim, but she won't bloody budge!

Any tips ...

Thanks for your suggestions guys,

A/F ratio is managed my the ECU (It's a stock magna ECU), that being said, there's not EGO sensor, only AFM at the moment. The AF ratio was very rich witout the AFM attached (limp mode), seems to have leaned out since that's been installed.

I'll check the readings ...

2.6 engine too hot??

I've pretty much finished the EFI conversion now, and all seems to be running fine.

My coolant temp guage is reading fine, but I have a slight feeling the engine is running too hot. The exhaust gas and the engine bay, seem to feel really bloody hot to me.

There were some modifacations to the magna ...

Yay, couldn't find these parts before, walked into autobarn... and there was everything on the shelf.

The diamater of the oval shaped connection off the back of the AFM is 95.25mm or 3 3/4 inch. I can't get a hose to fit that, let alone reducing it to the 70mm diamater throttle body intake.

I didn't wanna ask this question, but I want to see you hose... ;)
