All our drills at work are sharpened by hand on a grinder from 3mm-45mm drills, either on a bench grinder or a tool and cutter grinder.

You are not going to get a professional look with sharp square edges everywhere. 4.5 metres of that angle is a waste at best you only need it for the rear straight piece as it will be very difficult to use for the side wings and way too big for brackets.

Im getting a set of Konis for my GU as all the cars ive been in with koni's ride amazingly well. There is a fair price differnce between 88's and 82's going by my last quote almost $500 so im curious are they that much better than 82's?

Have you considered the chev 6.6L duramax. would be fairly costly, but would have more like 300kw on a stock, reliable motor. And i may not cost much more than a fully built TD42 ~ $25k

I have the 180c at home and love it, also have a 180 lincoln invertec arc/tig welder. great units if its thick stuff and you can weld get arc no gas with skill you can do thin stuff, cheaper to run, portable ect

as for import duty bender and one die is under the 1000 limit with shipping have already comfirmed with the retailer. im buying from a store in the USA when i get there in 2 weeks so duity wont be a problem and if the dollar fell the duty would still be minimal
