It all depends on what you are running and how you drive?? What size tyres? what size engine? What type of driving? standard steering or hydro??
Iv been driving my GQ with standard Cv's and only done 1 CV, And i run 38's.

I did to my shorty auto, only thing you really need to do is take the lower radiator shroud off.

How you going, drive it and see were it rubs first before cutting, but really do a search this have been covered a few times in the wast 2 weeks or so

2" out of the guard and 4" spring, only prob you will have is hitting your front arms and upper coil hat, as my 38's already hit. ( thats with 2" wheel spacers and hilux off set rims)

if you are in low range why do you want to go fast? you want max torque delivered to the wheels, you don't want max speed.
but i have and auto and in low range and drive i can do 40 45kph if need be.

Give crow cams a call they do cams for the TB42

I have never ran any modded ratios. But I think that 85% or 83% would be to low. Might be great for matching wheel speed to winch speed. But to slow to be usfull anywhere else. 43% gears would allow low range to be useful over than winching. But still be a closure match to a hi-mount without excess ...

best thing to do is fit tyres first, flex it up, and see were they scrub. Then you know were to trim and how much

don't need any lift to fit 33s

my old man has one of these, really good for towing the motorbikes around

i got my 30lt cell from VPW in S.A. took them 2-3 days to send to canberra.
