Well, after a few welds layed on the race face and acouple of taps out she came. New one has been pressed in, just got to reassemble this arvo and take the passenger side one out and do the same again.

Anyone had similar issues with the drain as well as the fill plugs? I have belted the crapper out of my fill plugs on both diffs, and they both refuse to loosen. Welding a bolt on seems to be the only answer....

Yes, the rear coils do get loose so I have cable tied them to the bottom mount and let the tops of the coils relocate if they do get loose. Rosie This is exactly the setup I have and the details I sent you via PM. The 0 deg rims WILL scrub on the inside of the rear wheel arch and when turning the fronts will scrub on the rear of the front wheel arch. The -15mm (yes, 15mm wider) with the 30's and 40-50mm sus and 25mm body WILL NOT scrub....

How big is your battery? Is it the standard size or is it a larger one?

ie what CCA rating is it? The standard one for my Suzuki is only 350CCA, so is not coping too well with the XD9000 lb winch (only used it once in anger since putting it in)

I'd suspect front bearings as well, my left hand front has started making some ugly noises (must be to be heard over the half worn muddies) especially when loading that side of the car up when turning right (and no, it's not a CV joint).
