what is the difference between a h151f and a h150f for an 80 series in terms of gearing and what does this give you or mean.

are gearbox / t-case rebuilds easy to do for an 80 series or what kind of cost is involved in this process.
5 spd box and part time t-case

also can you convert full time t-case into part time t-case other then useing kits with just a high and low selection (I am after 2H, 4H, 4L).

did it just bolt in or was there a mod or two to do. any particular year model lux transfer case or are they all the same.

i was wondering if anyone out there has done or knows if it can be done. That is i want to take a 24 valve head off a 94 ish landcrusier and put it on to my 91 model hdj80 series with a 1hd-t (12 valve)

and what kind of cost was involved with that and does it bolt straight up to the gearbox or is an adaptor needed.

does any how to put freewheeling hubs on an 8o series gxl that is full time four wheel drive. I am after what options i have Manual locking hubs, electric locking etc and has anyone done this before

back to the injectors i was told that the price of the injectors nozzles had been reduce considerably and that the $540 also included $150 labour to fit. the nozzle were about $360 ish and that the washer at the bottom of the injectors were about $35

i just got the news on my pump and it anit good. i have damaged (f**ked) the cold start mechinism at $1000 and cracked the case $1000 and broke a pin on the etcentric shaft to the extent that it was making metal and it went through the pump. at a approx cost of $2500 before even getting an overhaul ...

The units they showed me that they were fitting were in genuine nippon denso packaging and they told me that they were.

i have a 1hdt and the injectos set me back $550. but i have a little sugre at high speed ever now and then and the car wont idle still, the mechanic is going to over haul the pump. as there is no fuel coming out of the fuel return line from the injectors, i have check for blockages and had none so ...

there is a place called power torque in oak flats on industrial road and they rebuild the boxes but if the shaft is damaged they rechrome the shaft and that is done some where in sydney. I would say someone in perth would do a simular thing.

my truck was done at premier vechile service in quinns lane nowra. 44218713.

i have just got my sweet runnig truck back from the mechanic. turns out that the number 6 injector was stuck open and that the other 5 where cracking early. 400 psi early. i also got the 80 series making oil problem as well, but now it is fix and running real well thank you to all that contributed ...
