RVR
some are 4 some are 5 seater vans
RVR AWD:
my mate has a turbo'd one it owns LS1's for lunch dinner and supper.
great power rockets the stocko ones NA are ok but aint really got the height for any of road stuff.
delicas now they are a sweet 4wd seen a few off road and beside being top heavy ...

my mechanic is in qld and thats mate rates

i have been qouted by a 4wd mob that its alot expensive if done right
you'd might as well get it ringed etc if your gunna be doing that
im leaving mine to smoke funnily enuff i broken more gear on mine and
i found if u leave it smoke too long you ...

just that one minute its 1/4 then its over 1/2 going towards 3/4
car has new water pump (2mths old)
replaced collant and thermostat and radiator cap
checked my oil and its under half im topping that up tom'w to see if its that

just wondering if anyone would know what the over heating problem might be
i have replace coolant replace thermostat replaced gasket
and its always over half way to 3/4 whilst driving
im so hoping it aint the head :(

Tek Screw! :armsup: im using potrivets on mine and the stuff im using is nearly the same as the stuff your using it also has lips on the edges etc.
im putting them on tom'w right after i pull the starter motor out
thats 2 in a month now :bad ...

seems cheap etc but i gotta get them back under something
how affective is this edging stuff
how many mm will i need to get the 31's under my 89 pajero
is this even legal etc it has no sharp edging etc but i heard its not quite legal etc
anyways would 100mm fix my problem?
and how legal is this ...

yep i too have this with my new starter motor
i've actually found the wiring to of been stripped and earthing out hence why i just went out and bought some tar tap,im covering all the exposed starter motor wires so they wont melt and earth out again.
bog holes etc aint healthy for pajero's they get ...

honestly i found this out also like 3-4 weeks ago
whats the go with this mitso should be ashamed
im so gunna find me something to protect mine cause mine also caught fire and melted
also ripped my oil pressure wire off (mud etc)
but tis all good i just hate replacing stuff buts thats 4wd for you.

got 31's on today and works a treat
hopefully thats the last of my steering woes and never will i go back to poxy stock rims n tyre size again..

the other day nah wouldnt of been me
today i was down that way
got rear qtr damage
under carriage damage
side panel damage
paint damage
and thats only what i can see.
but nah wouldnt of been me i only got the car back last week and well today was it first n only drive for a while.

well today i really found the problem very quickly and very suddenly
driving along M1 heading to the GC
feel the wobble come back thought it was my hub but nup so i continue on,quicker i moved the more it vibrated so i then turned my attention to the one remaining tyre ...

i knew i should of got a patrol but went for the prettier at the time pajero
but you get that
i have decided to keep the pajero
ditch the idea of yet another project and gunna see what comes up in the form of a patrol
pajero is doing fine just minor issues etc but when doesnt 4wd cost you money ...

hello ppl's i currently own a NF pajero and of late it seems to hate 4wd as its always in the shop,so im out looking for something abit stronger more durable etc and i know of a mate who's selling a old FJ series 4wd it requires some work but with a v8 already installed etc,nothing that cant be ...

nah rims seem fine the mechanic took one of my front tyres off as it was rounded
checked and im sure the rear one is heading the same way
i have a set of rims tyres coming once they are on i'll go from there,

hubs fixed:
no bad wobble but a slight vibration under the car can be felt for sure but i think its my tyres and wheel alighment/balance
until i know for sure i wont be driving it around as such
some 31's are going on next f/n and i'll see what happens from there.

mine also decided to take up smoking a while ago
360 is the price my mechanic will do it for...
i went to put mine in to get done but i managed to break a few things and have yet to fix the valve stems after xmas for sure..

they came off a Nissan Patrol and will fit Landcruiser and some other 6 stud patern 4wd's. There are 5 in total 4 of the rims are 15x8 and the tyres are 31x10.5x15 and the fifth is rim 15x7 and the tyre is 31x10.5x15

nup its something in the left front either a BALL JOINT UNI JOINT OR HUB
hub is cracked big time so im getting that looked into at the moment.
