trying to find a decent brand of paint for doing barwork and the likes. What do people use. I don't want to go the way of powdercoating, but want something that is quite durable. In satin black of course. Have used Protec paint before and found it quite good, but am guessing there are people on here ...

you can convert land rover Sals to D60 easily enough. Just need to do the front then. A guy on Aulro was making and selling front Sals housings, or you could ship a complete one over from the UK, then convert it to D60.

Master will stay the same, just need dual circuit calipers and vented rotors. All just bolts on. Think i have some lying around i don't need. (calipers, not rotors)

I already have one, but it may be easier (to deal with ) Ashcrofts to get them, i ordered a LT230 rebuild kit from them and cross shaft, had it in 5 days from the UK.

Yeah i've done the bunnings fix on wifey's disco, works a treat, cost around $4 a roller. Will see if i have a spare roller in the shed to get the part number from.

sometimes the little rollers on the reg break, theres a bunning fix for these, very simple and cheap. I'm sure its posted on here somewhere

order them from Paddocks in the UK, much much cheaper. Front calipers will bolt straight on, rears have different offset i think, not sure about puma ones though. I run a sals in the rear of mine though.

definately rear trailing arm bushes and check the transfer case mounts to get a breaker bar see if there is movement could have pushed everything backwards therefore threading your rear bushes lt230 are prity much interchangable ,if your lt230 is stuffed in my eyes get a 2nd hand one and replace ...

Replace your panhard bushes and do the bolt up tight, thats probably the cause of the wandering. If not then the swivel preload, my moneys on the bushes though
