gq front diff with mq rear centre

hey guys can you help me out please i know that i would need to change to mq knuckles but will the centre fit? i have a spare rear centre hangin around and want to use a gq front diff but it has a hi pinion 4.1 not 4.6 and dont have the cash to get a new centre??

yer that where i seen them but only found gq ones that why im asking i asume they are the same because they have the same doors gauds and bonet and what not but thought i might ask on here first just in case so thanks heaps guys and if any problems let know please..

mate i have sua 35' almost no rub... but i have 35mm body lift 50mm sus lift and 50mm ex shacles and i only get a little on full travel in the front but nuthin 2 worry bout

so im sure u could run 36' max 37' just my 2c

hey mate a bit of a shot but flush your fluid with some new DOT 4+ see how that goes before spending oudless and oudless of cash on boosters and m/c and brake upgrades

just my opinion give it a try

did u have a boost gauge before setup? and if yes does the boost come on sooner, later or the same???

does the i.c setup affect the responce of the engine?

yer good point grimbo but i didnt want 2 be another gq on the tracks i like my mq and i have gq diffs and is what i wanted to know is can the gq gear box be mated up to the sd33??

sorry guys i wasnt very through with my info but i was planing to 4 link front, a frame rear or 4link front and rear but is where im a bit stuck is the rear centre drive shaft i dont think the mq gear box is suitable but not sure if the gq box can mate up with my sd33 i think i might have 2 go auto ...

ok i know the gq diffs are wider and i do want to go coils i havent been sucesful in searches lately they just dont find anything but i'll go though the bible again tonite chunder, i dont quite understand wat u are saying? are u saying to just use the mq gear/trans?? can you elaberate plz mate p.s ...

need reduction gears in mq and want to fit gq coil diffs???

i have some gq coil diffs i picked up cheap and want to put under my mq but need a rear center tail shaft is anything i am saying making any sence or posible

can i fit a gq transfer to a mq gear box or can a gq gear box to a sd33??

hey guys this is a great thread but can i ask what is the road handling like?? is there a diferance between the three?

i was thinking of going A frame in my mq mainly for simplicity and i think (but not sure) it would be a bit easyer to set up, maintain and handle on and off road?

The driver side spring pack sits almost over centre of the pumpkin.
For GQ Coils to work on a LEAF SPRUNG MQ...

yer mate there is a fair few tht have done this i am one of them was not hard mine is above water pump and uses ac belt (may need one tht is a bit longer) if u dont have ac put it there and as far as wiring if you havnt done much electrcal work get some quotes from some auto electicians

ive got 35 radil and thought they were great and still do they are soft (im just geting to the bottom of the wear markers on the lugs but still great tread deapth) i have 1 i dont show any mercy to these tyres and they just dont give up havent found much it dont like perfict for the alrounder/daily ...

mate from wat ive benn told 2in exhaust is to small my sisters bf has a 3L hulux with turbo glide set up works well 9-10 pound boost no pyro tho and he just fited a 2.5 and says its great so id look at geting a bit bigger exhaust 2.25 or 2.5in then a boost controler that shoud solve your high boost ...
