had a look through search and saw this asked a few times before but no answer. is the gu steering wheel a straight bolt on replacement for the pov gq one? or would it block out the gauges like many aftermarket ones?

mate get the skinny, army looking tyres that u see on some old landcruisers. if they worked on a 1940 something willy's jeep through mud that would bog tanks, they will work on a much improved 4wd like the gq. i think u can get them in like a 16ply or something ridiculous too, makes them alot harder ...

just got my safari (89 gq 4.2d with mtq turbo put on at 88000k) back from arb today and have been told theres a bad knock in my engine and that worse case senario is i may have to replace the engine. its only done 113000. reason given was that being an import they leave their cars idling ...
