wondering what is better for racing? keep it low on small tyres or put some lift in it with bigger tyres? do i run sway bars ect also?

the problem with lifting the tank in its original location is that the filler neck on the tank will have to pass through the chassis to hook up to the filler neck in the gaurd. I have not lifted a standard tank for this very rearson. I have however replaced it altogether. ( see the zook fuel tank ...

I used 2 1/2 " exhaust tube. Just buy a small length of tube, and a mandrel bend...('U' tye bend) which can be cut to make your 90 degree benf out of the gaurd, and 2 45's to get the rest done. the recaros i have are work $2k each i got them second hand from a mate and they didnt come with rails they bolted straight to the suzuki rails and i just redrilled the floor mounts :twisted:
