viscous problem?

hi, just wondering what happens when the viscous couplin sh*ts it's self?
does it lock the centre diff lock and make it feel like you are driving with a front diff lock engaged?

hi!! my dad just had his motor fully rebuilt new head the works(2h motor) every time he starts it up when it's cold it blows bluey white smoke, just wondering if anybody would know what would be causing this. he took it back to the mechanic and they have checked the glow plugs and a few small things...

air flow metre backfire

hi, got a little problem! i got a backfire through the air flow metre that blew a hole in the air cleaner and blew a few hoses off as well, hooked up all the hoses again but it wont start, after some information on what causes the back fire in the first place as i will need to fix the problem before...

after a bit of advice, the viscous fan on my 86 rangie has broken off a blade and while asking around to get a new one have found out it is a common problem, so just wondering if anyone knows if you can remove the fan and run thermo fans instead or does this lead to over heating problems? or any oth...
