You can it's just a reversal of using vacuum instead but you need to trap the air in there or the actuator will spring back and unlock it.

Both can options can be done.

Re: More flex out of level panhards? True or false?

You do not have to drop the panhard to gain flex, think about the bushes ? how are they mounted? look at the problem area first and that is the drag link ends , these will snap with any more articulation than you can push from a standard panhard mount setup. The panhard does not need to be moved to ...

They're only only a 70lt tank stock. Mine was. I put 120lt Long Ranger in and got 1100kms average on the highway. Off road was better again, around town was worst.

I had the earlier 3.2V6 quad cam (same motor as 3.5) just a smaller bore etc. It was dual fuel too. Went like a cut snake, got 15-17lts per 100kms on petrol, averaged 325kms on 50lts lpg. That was on 33's too. Used about 1lt of oil every 5-10K. I was'nt always kind to it either, I took it on tracks ...

A GU box will fit into a GQ easier than the other way around. Done it to mine with some reshaping of the GU transfer lever. The tcase lever and mounting points on the gbox is different to the GQ box and lever. The gear selector housings aren't interchangeable but the gear shift sticks are, with a ...

Not compressed air, but pumped air.

Sorry but I dont think your doing him any favors by continually trying to fix his deliberately neglected vehicle. I know he's your brother etc but shouldn't he take more responsibity for it? He'll just keep taking the headache to you. Shouldn't even be on the road with brakes like that.

Upgrading your headlights to HID is not legal, neither is upgrading to 100/130 w halogen bulbs. I have upgraded to 100/130w halogens with HD loom kit and the difference is amazing, and does not attract attention like a HID upgrade would. Road cars can get away with it easier as they are closer to ...

Some of you guys obviously haven't seen a melted 10A gpo from running a 15A appliance. You can replace the whole thing except the primer pump assembly with a cav filter/bowl for about $120. I did ages ago and luvvin it! Filter elements are $5 each to replace each time  and less waste to the landfill too.

If they really wanted to standardize it they'd make it so all wires in the 7 pin (except for the back up and service brake wires) are wired the same configuration in a 5 pin plug. No need for adaptor leads then and no stuffing about when borrowing or hiring trailers.

200 psi really? Must ping like crazy unless you've backed the timing right off, that's high. In the book it's sposed to be 170psi for a fresh engine.
