Id stick with doin up the 4.4 over using the 3.9 not saying the 3.9 is a bad thing its just the tourqe from the 4.4 with a good cam is lots better keep the layland heads on it too they have better ports and bigger ...

you will get two out of three turning probly oppisite directions , lock on all three turning same directions ----

this is right the center diff is doing its job as for back lash it can be sort of fixed tho is not needed just put it ...

People here don't play with LSD for LT95 for simple and obvious reasons.

Ive never seen or heard of a LSD for the LT95 and i've played with a few .
Best option would be to weld up the center diff and have it as rear wheel drive and having the CDL lock in the drive to the front wheels when needed .

Do the crane set up like i did its simple to do and fairly cheap and super reliable
I just fitted it to the disco and it made it heaps better across the whole range and it starts easyer too

Yep i aggree with above sounds like the rear diff has some how locked up jack it up and spinn a tyre

2 cases is that 60 cans or 48

My 2 cases consist of 2 blocks of 24x500ML cans so thats a total of 24L of beer will this be ok for entry on the friday :D

I did a crane fire ball 3000 conversion from a points dizzy and it works great even with after market dizzy cap and rotor it keeps the vac advance just replace the points with the pick up and fit the chopper disc over the shaft line up the sensor fit the cap set the timing and forget .

Sounds like you need to get the high range gear set from a county spec LT95 it will swap straight in to your box and can be done in situ under the rangie .

Your box could have either .996 to 1 or 1.1 to 1 high range if you swap to the county 1.4 to 1 problem solved :D

For starters what gearbox/transfer are you running ?

If its the LT95 34's with a 3.54 diffs it will be fine in low range tho in high range you may find the gearing a tad too tall tho it may be ok and having the extra HP i doubt you will have a worry .

If its a LT230 the 3.54 diffs it should be ...

Im interested tho id like more info pics of internals or a link to a web page giving accurate specs and waranty info would be the go

I reckon go second hand (can get them for well under a grand) or do a conversion to something worth while. I really don't see the sense in dropping alot of money on rebuilding a 3F. Just my opinion and no offence Hancock.

Yep all rover threads are either british corse or fine and using either zinc or black bolts are the go dont put staino in alloy .

I brush on silver anti seize to stop them rusting and so they dont bind and its good for 200deg there abouts

Use super pro poly bushes in a rover forget all the other ones go with the super pro and a can of lanolin spray grease give em a squirt every month and they will out last the truck .

Defeder/county/series all can be made FC friendly tho are a far cry from the comfort of a RRC for a FC like me
