Are these long arms designed for trucks with high lifts eg. 5 – 8 inch lifts, or do they work just as effectively with small lifts 3 – 4 inch.

Is the Outback Challenge on next year, or is it suffering the same fate as the Alpine Challenge. I have checked the website but nothing is mentioned, it would be a shame if this event dissapears from the event calanders.

Is there a set of rules that outline what is the definition of a Hot Rod???

If we knew what criteria is required then we could see if our trucks can fit into the hot rod category, then all we have to do is get Hot Rod Club to except us as new members.

I have recently purchased a Magellan XL, is it possible to display the mapping via an output on my 7 inch head unit screen. The head unit screen has the input plugs I just don’t know how to get the feed out of the Magellan XL.

My brain and figures sometimes work independent of each other what I meant to write was. I have seen GQ’s done this way before but never a GU, is the back panel of a GU cab chassis. The GQ’s have a humped out section on the back panel where the window fits, in these pictures that section looks ...

So the whole back a factory panel and if so how much is the panel and where do you get them from. I have seen a GU done this way before, it looks really neat.

I was watching the OBC 07 DVD and noticed how quick the winches were in the Thai suzuki's. Does anybody know anything about the winches, type, brand etc.

Haltech in Queensland also produce some good quality modified GQ CV joints. We ran them last season with very good results.

I run boggers all round and to fix up the handling problems we cut groves in the treads with a truck tyre grover. Problem fixed, the car turns better and handles itself well on side slopes. Most truck tyre joints will have grovers i borrowed one for the weekend for a slab of vic.
