GU 4.5 Auto
Greetings Yawll, currently have a 95 GQ efi4.2 dual fuel Manual, and am looking at a 98 GU 4.5 TI Auto. I know the manaul boxes are bullet proof but dont know much about the autos. Myquestion is are the Autos as robust as the manuals?

I run 2 n70ZZs on my duel fuel EFI. Its a bit tight but can be done. Get rid of the air filter and run a good pod filter right behind the head light relocate the coil slightly backwards and use the Diesel duel batt tray that goes around the overflow bottle ( i made my own ). My gas mixer is in the ...

Can anyone tell me if these motors in an EFI4.2 are any more economical or will it be even worse. Currently running duel fuel and 32"s so nothing extreme, just want more grunt and noise without compromising range.

Had two joined together (yes correctly) last weekend to get me out of a good bog in Harvey. My seriously used one snapped stoving in the tailgate of my mates new 100 cruiser and the other end putting a good dent in the bonnet of my GQ before smashing in my windscreen. Didn't know that could happen ...

I Know this has come up before but I was prompted to ask again when my mate flew past me with his chipped BA turbo. Is anyone doing this conversion yet. Righto, who'se dunnit?. I know there isn't a huge gain and I'm not after one, just looking at replacing my high k 4.2 with something a bit newer and picking up a few ponies at the same time. What would be involved? If I did this and then unichipped it (dual map for Gas) then I should be close to ...

Greetings all , does anyone know the max size (depth) of speaker that will fit behind the grills in the barn doors. My custom draw setup dictates that the speakers must be behind the grill as the door shuts hard up against them.

Greetings all, am new to OL forum. Is there a "Kit" available to fit these Nissan V8s to GQ's or are they custom jobbies. I've got a 95EFI duel fuel with 311,000k's on it so would be expecting to have to do some engine work soon and am keeping my options open. Cheers Scott what are these donks like ...
