After much research and speaking to lot's of people in the know, I have chosen to go with the Parnell VSI (Vapour Sequential Injection) system.... Not cheap ($4700) but reportedly the ...

V8 100 Series Gas Conversion
Hey all.... been a while since I posted.... Anyone got a V8 100 Series on gas?? Not that I'm unhappy with the over all fuel consumption, but I am unhappy about paying $1.52 per lt for petrol.... I'm seriously considering fitting the Parnell VSI System (Vapour Sequential Injection).... Seems to be ...

Advertised for $16,000 Sold for $15,000.... Not exactly cheap.... but a very good example.... with many mods.... And I guess I was a bit lucky to strike a buyer who was a) looking for a good Bundera b) Had a preference for a v8 converted one and c) Could appreciate all the hard work and fine details ...

First to drive it bought it!! (Mag came out on the Wednesday.... sold on the Sunday).... So Nick, in my case Just 4x4's was ...

Nick.... I've decided to only advertise in Just 4x4's. It's only around $30 for a colour ad as opposed to $85 for the same in 4x4 Trader (4x4 Trader has glossy colour pages as opposed to more paper like pages in Just 4x4's, I guess that's the reason for the price difference). I can advertise for ...

100 Series Tyre/Speedo Question
Hey all.... I have just purchased a new Landcruiser 100 Series GXL V8 (Don't actually get it till Wednesday). It comes with 275/70 R16 Tyres (Dunlop I think). I would like to trade the tyres for something a bit more intermediate than the "Road" tyres it comes with (Maybe BFG All-Terrains.... I love ...

I purchased my Bundera with the conversion already done, so I did not do the engine work.... The guy I purchased it off did the conversion (he owns a mechanical workshop in Canberra), but bought the motor complete (with reciepts). 200-220KW is not overly hard to achieve from these motors. I also ...

I have one of these motors (albiet a bit worked) in my Bundera. Skip is correct.... 165kw from the factory.... mine is around 218kw.... Your standard gearbox (G52 I presume) is definately not up to the task (I know I disintergrated mine!!).... supra five speed is better.... diesel landcruiser box ...

I've got an Injected 5ltr in my Bundera backed up by a Modified TH700.... There are quite a few differences between the V6 and V8 TH700.... the obvious one is the bolt pattern.... so you can't get it wrong anyway!! I have the earlier (VN) cable kickdown auto in mine. Ther are stronger due to having ...

Yep.... first I had the Marks kit to go from the 304 to the G52 box (not the strongest box around so I found out), then sold this kit to buy the new one to go from the Turbo 700 to the Cruiser Split Transfer Case.... It's a bit of a squeese, but well worth the effort. I'd be happy to give you advice ...

The tow bar has a 2" or so square tube running from one side to the other, bolted to the rails with a brace also beading forward on the rails. Towing Capacity of an RJ70
Gday all. I was wondering if anyone knows the towing capacity for an RJ70 Bundera. The vehicle is fitted with a fairly heavy duty looking tow pack. It has a square removeable tongue, but the chassis mount has a plate that looks like it is meant to have a bit bolted to the front of it to go under the ...

Front Seats For Bundera - Suggestions
I'm thinking of upgrading the front seats in my Bundera. (For Comfort / Hold reasons) I have heard that Surf Seats are a good replacement? I would like to keep the factory Bundera suspension system, and also require the ability for them to fold forward for access to the rear seat. Any suggestions????

What snorkel to buy
I'm thinking of fitting a snorkel to my Bundera (having some pinging problems because of under bonnet temp's), and was just wondering what brands other people recommend.
By the way, the vehicle is a 1985 Bundera.

Fair bit of work to do properly including upgrades to fuel lines / wiring / brakes / suspension ...
