Yeah creepy's just dont relly lend themselves to being balanced. My set of 37 X 14.5 X 15's didnt like to be balanced. One of them was nearly a kilo out another 800g another half a kilo and another balanced with about 150g of lead. I got balancing sand in all 5, stuff i got from pete at OPW. I just ...

Well i was thinking of maybe massaging the rear cross member to just give it that little bit more. But my other idea was........ Put the car on a hoist, and let the diff drop down so the tailshaft is resting on the cross member. Then Lift the diff up so the tailshaft is just clearing (10mm) the cros...

I know its no secret that the tail shaft in the back of GQ's and probably GU's tend to kind of grind themselves away on the cross member at full droop. Mine has done it a bit with a 3" lift. Now that the 5" lift is going in its going to get even worse. The tail shaft has already been rever...

Im just after everyones opinion on what size lift i should go. Its between 5" or 7" utilising tough dog big bores, mega lift coils (probably) and snake dropped radius arms all to suit the lift. As well as all the other gear that comes along with doing it. Its for a lwb GQ, that has no body...
