Thanks Tony & canobolas club for another great event, everyone from Lithgow club had a ball. I'd like to see timed tracks + stops. The torque rod on top of the diff is not used with histeer it is what limits the flex also the mount is cut off the chassis as its in the way of ifs box. the box is mounted as far forward as possible, i'd say the further the better but you will probably need a spacer for the steering column. Jason

I had the same problem, the injecter pump has to be full of fuel try a bottle full of fuel feeding the line to the pump while you turn the motor over. Jason.

What constitutes Country and City? We would consider ourselves Country being on the right side of the mountains? Will club location or your actual address determine this?

On behalf of the Lithgow 4WD Club congrats, a fantastic comp. Had the best time and the tracks were challenging. Look forward to next years. Also :armsup: to Sean and John John, with a huge help from Adam and Steve for taking 5th place overall. The Lithgow banner still flys... :D

i just got the 1.6 air filter box and cut 10 or so mm off the rubber end its the same size as the carby throught and used it as a spacer with a large hose clamp also off filter box.

Just for some clarification I (well I'm gayer than aids! missus) have a zook with a 1.6 engine instead of the died in the arse 1.3. Does this put me out of the touring class? As I am only running 31's or can leave my 29's on and only a 3inch overall lift leaves me uncompetitive in the tuff tourer ...

whats involved? do I need to use vit transfer or can i bolt the sierra extention housing to vit box & shorten jackshaft? do i make new mounts & shorten/lenghten drive shafts, but the vit transfer is to high gear for the sierra its probaly in here somewere but dont have time to search. any info ...
