Re: 2012 hilux lift options and set ups

every suspension brand has an option for ya. depends on budget really. personally i went for a 2" susp for work purposes and im more focused on lockers. at the end of the day no matter what susp you put in it wont flex like a 80 or a troll so worry more about lockers. this is if its going to get ...

Re: MINI ME monster truck

not with the chain as there always pita. the idea is to use my rear diff, put a centre in the front one but flip it upside down. join the front diff pinion to the rear as one solid unit. the only movement would be twisting, aka susp movment or drive to wheels. stick a big sprocket on the tail shaft ...

Re: MINI ME monster truck

Looks fantastic mate.

Did you get the front driving yet??

If you were to start making it these days, would you make it differently??

How much do you reckon it owes you??

What is the chassis made from?? I can see from the early pics, that there looks to be a fair bit of 25x25 SHS in the frame ...

Re: bike engined 4x4 2 seater buggy

yeah i like the front wheel drive car engine gearbox set ups. low easy power delivery and not reving the ring out. every things easy and ready to go. with the weight and build why does every one think you need a 2ltr etc. i know its heaps of stick but its not a drag car. what about litle 3cyl 4cyl 1 ...

Re: replacing radius arm -chassis bushes

dont think theres a choice mate. you will have to remove the arms. ive done patrol ones before and just removed one arm at a time. the patrol bushes where metal outer case with rubber inner. i set my mapp gas / blow torch onto the rubber. it melted enough to just push the rubber out of the outer ...
