Re: sas a d22 navara
http://i1218.photobucket.com/albums/dd402/Johanliebs/Patrol%20mods/diff_cut.jpg In short, you have to measure everything very very accurately before you cut. in the end, you want to use the cut out between B2 and E and insert it in to the B1 cut. The distances for A1 to B1 is the same as for E to ...

Front diff pumpkin is on the wrong side. Tube cut and swap will be required. Never seen that done on GQ diffs. Possible anybody? What is the SAS plan, coils or leaves? Leaves, MQ will be easier. Not as strong, but you do not want anything bigger than 33" on the Navara drive train! If you ...

Interesting observation earlier this afternoon.... went out for a short drive / cruise with 1 eye on the fuel pressure guage. While waiting at a traffic light, I noticed that the fuel pressure meter "ticks" with the indicator going on and off. BINGO it is a power problem. I also noticed a slight ...

Thank Jimbo/Joel The pressure drops under load to about 20 psi. My guess is either pump or pickup filter picked up rust or dirt from the aftermarket tank (LPG fitted). Only problem tank is still half full, to heavy to drop. Maybe fill the wifes car... Jimbo, which model Walbro pump was that? See ...

TB42E started pinging  So played with timing, replaced fuel filter, still no fix. Then bought a fuel pressure meter. Joined with T-piece just after filter. Ignition on, reading is 20psi. Goes up to 25 psi at idle, but drops to about 22 psi when reving the engine to about 3500rpm. Took it for a ...

We shortened the short drive shaft between the gearbox and tranny to accomodate the extra length of the 5 speed gearbox. So you can leave the transfer and everything else standard. L28 engin, 4 speed bellhousing, 5 speed box, shorter prop (slip joint and ubolt with flange), transfer (tl100). Hope ...
