either engine fuse 10amp or the fuel cut solinoid has failed
test the wire that goes to the fuel cut it will have power when on and no power when off if that is good the fuel cut is the problem

the box is the similar if the paj has a 2.6 just have to change the gbox housings and bell housing
can also use l300 box for parts ,as welas 2wd the gear sets are the same just different housings and shifter positions

if you cant pull it out far enough still check the bearing cups are home and the brass bush in the back of the swivel housing is also home. good luck also check that the dust/grease seal in the back of the hub is seated properly Yep pull the disc and hub back off. change the pump if the filter was clogged then its a fair chance that thepump will be sad do it in this order fuel filter again pump and another filer injectors after the others have been done my brothers 80 did the same thing he overhauled the fuel system and all good went better than it ever did ...

you can fit every thing out of a corona with the 18r or use the celica parts as well
some mods to be done to make bits fit but the compresor will bolt on
make sure the evaporator is flushed before use as any crap in there will destroy the pump

there are 2 rads in the 75ser the core are the same width as the hilux byt are longer ie deeper so check what lenght you have the shorter one fits with no body lift and the longer one fots with a 2" body lift lengthen the straps on the side and make the spouts to suit off the shelf radiator hoses ...

i fitted a high pinion ctr to the rear of my hilux as i was having the same probs breaking unis fitted the airlocker and it is all good have to use the right bearings to suit the locker of course as the high pinions are different to lsd hemis was running 35"tyres and never had it breakdid about ...

mine was 4.5 auto on gas fitted the 1hdfte out of a ute cost me $11g all up very happy there is a gut in qld who does them auto are around 13g mine was cheaper as i fitted it myself
