either engine fuse 10amp or the fuel cut solinoid has failed
test the wire that goes to the fuel cut it will have power when on and no power when off if that is good the fuel cut is the problem

the box is the similar if the paj has a 2.6 just have to change the gbox housings and bell housing
can also use l300 box for parts ,as welas 2wd the gear sets are the same just different housings and shifter positions

some of those old diesels have a mechanical lift pump run off the cam and can leak into the crank case

all i do is a cut and splice of the rear chassis very easy have it done in 1 day mod plate no probs as it is all factory

sounds like the original sendr unit has died and you are getting volage fluctuations on your gauge set up

done a year ago driven about 35000km done some long trips crossed deep water lottsa dust dirt mud and it is the best thing ever

yes they will fir they are the same only difference is in the brake rotors if they are ventilated they are the same

it could be the uni joint if the adjuster dont fix it failing that i have some boxs here $150 for a power steer box mick

fit a td42 t out of a nissan with a caball 10sp gearbox have just done this to a 70model f350 very nice to drive

got my valves from tjm and longranger tanks

change the pump if the filter was clogged then its a fair chance that thepump will be sad do it in this order fuel filter again pump and another filer injectors after the others have been done my brothers 80 did the same thing he overhauled the fuel system and all good went better than it ever did ...

you can fit every thing out of a corona with the 18r or use the celica parts as well
some mods to be done to make bits fit but the compresor will bolt on
make sure the evaporator is flushed before use as any crap in there will destroy the pump

toyota just runs a steel line in front of the chassis below the radiator
even using a larger resivoir will help

there are 2 rads in the 75ser the core are the same width as the hilux byt are longer ie deeper so check what lenght you have the shorter one fits with no body lift and the longer one fots with a 2" body lift lengthen the straps on the side and make the spouts to suit off the shelf radiator hoses ...

when you get it you can fit any motor and gbox combo as the transfer is divorced depending what you want and how much any6cyl diesel up to the cummins will fit and make it a great truck if you need parts there is one here in town that is slowly rusting away think he might sell it but it is a panel ...

use an old fire extinguisher wayer type as they have the pick up all ready in it about 18l from memory
