I put ct20 on my 3l not a drama, took me 3hrs and bit of stuff around tuning with no pyro or boost gauge. Mine has no intercooler and i run 35's /4.88 ratio diffs/g52 box and get around 15L/100km.I put it on at 220000km i have had it on for 40000km's and hasn't skipped a beat.

I did the CEM thing in my 2.8 lux as i was only getting about 4L of oil out each time i found once i ran the CEM flush got about 5.5L out dont ask where it was hiding and after about 3 oil changes doing the flush the oil didn't stain my fingers anymore, imo well worth it.

thats a nice picture but, my ln111 came with 4.56's and my mates ln106 came with 4.1's their is a post on pirate somewhere which shows how to read and break down compliance plate to identify axle codes

I run ct20 turbo, snorkel and 2 1/2 exhaust and mine whistles even at idle. As long as its making boost seems strange to have no whistle are you running a boost controller or anything?

100 mm suspension lift (and may be lift overall ie tyres included)
Tyres 15mm over largest tyre and wheel combination on tyre placard
and no more than 25mm wheel track increase.

Spoke to 3 engineers to about getting my lux done, and all 3 wouldn't have a bar of it something to do with an RTA bulletin, and one even suggested reversal of previously engineered vehicles. Does anyone know what the go is?

Anyone tell me how Maxxis creepy's wear ? (37"), my hilux does bout 100kms on road a week and prob 40kms on heavy off road stuff (rock, sand, gravel). Currently running yoko's done 2400kms have 4mm tread left :x (was warned) I know creepy's have good starting tread depth so what k's can i expect.
