As the title states, any chance for a trailer section? Popularity of camper trailers is sky rocketing and alot of people customise there trailers for comfot and practicality. Would be a usefull arena for sharing ideas and designs. just a thought!!

how many threads would there be though. 20? i think it would be a bit silly to have a heap of sections each with 5-20 threads. Better to leave it in general tech.

Makes alot of sense shadow to have a trailer section full of trailer info then have a general 4x4 section full of truck and trailer info!!
Would make it alot easier to catigorise and access then having to use search all the time. just my thoughts, Sass

Start posting your trailer tech in General Tech. If there's enough traffic a Trailer section can be started, and the threads moved over.

or people could just start a thread about it, clearly titled and then people could use that thread instead of starting twelve other ones because they didn't bother to search for the same topic.

If there are sections for every little thing we will have a forum that needs three pages to just show the sections

I agree with what your saying Grimbo but why not a fab section that includes trailers / rock rails etc ?

Now where are the mods ?

Poll added.
Personaly i think there would be more then just the "20" posts some of u are claming there would be. And as stated above trailer tech is not realy "general 4x4 tech" for those that want to split hairs!!!
I just thiught it would be a good idea to keep traffic down in other areas and apeezz the net nazzis that cry every time u cant find what u need on search!!!

I think we should have an Indian sub section aswell, for all the owners of Mahindra's and Tata's.
Just so the forum is prepared for when both these manufacturers reappear in the Australian Market.

Its just that easy!!!

Well, I am not a fan of having a million different sections either. But then again, the auto-elec section would work a lot better if people would just post their auto elec questions in there instead of in general tech, or if the mods would move them.

But anyway, what about a Trailers/Sheds/Tools section? They kind of fit together and they add up to a decent amount of traffic.
This is not legal advice.

Chances of a section for trailers ......... not good

if you take a look through the gen tech Bible you'll soon see that there are other sections that also need their own space and they havent got it !!! ( this is why the bible was introduced in the first place )

So ya choices are ....
