If your doing a 2 inch lift the only thing you need to worry about is the steering shaft, you can mod this yourself (not so legal) or i believe Snake raceing sells a spacer that bolts in!
If you have a Bullbar you also need to lift it!
The break lines have a series of coils and they just expand slightly when you lift it, so no problems there!
I lifted mine with two high lift jacks!
You also need to use High Tensile grade bolts for the body mounts!
This is probably the easiest mod to do on a hilux!

Not that I followed my own advice, but you might have to apply to your local RTA to modify your rig for a body lift (although I'm sure someone from SA might correct me on this) If you go down this path, you'll need approval before you start the mod. (sorry for the disclaimer)
The body lift itself is pretty easy - might have to lengthen the transfer lever 50mm, your radiator shroud should have a lower section you can remove separately - reshape and refit to retain max cooling effect, maybe fuel hoses lengthen, bend the bracket down (on the firewall) for the clutch flex hose.
Built, not bought.

This is a classic for cuting the tread, easy to fix.
Good start, just shove some sikaflex or brush-on drip check into the area before you fold it over - prevents mud and gunk sticking in there, causing rust.

redrill spring perches
bit more work involved, it has advantages of a better approach angle

Before
After
You will need steering draglink modifications (shortened)
You will need to shorten (or remove like i did) the factory torque arm
You will need to lengthen the drive shaft
Heres some links for the driveshaft
