Hi-lux/Patrol 1uz-fe Supercharged thingy
Has anyone seen this thing in the zoom mag issue 109.
Very cool Tasmanian bus with a Hi-lux body on a patrol chassis and 90 % of the work is in house . 4ltr quad cam v8 with supercharger & 37" claws This Guy knows how to build a 4wd.
Just fitted 4.6 gears & air lockers .
I have pics if someone wants to put them up?

Centrifugal supercharger you mean?
As opposed to the roots style (the ones you see on the v8 rods etc)
Like a turbo but the impeller is spun by a belt of the crank, instead of by an exhaust driven impeller wheel. Better boost up high, but not as good down low.
