E-Mail is easier considering where I live, never to mind I heard back from them today anyhow.

Cheers, Jeff.

Maybe he thought that you had the fore thought to look at their website instead of blindly asking about stuff. I've seen first hand some of the idiots that speak to them and I can understand their reaction when you send back an email like that. They misunderstood you and you sent back an abusive email instead of just correcting them. No wonder they treated you like an idiot. They are very professional and if you had of spoken with them you may have been able to chat to them about getting one manufactured for you. You didn't give them a chance to respond properly. Wake up to yourself.

Fernando is the owner of 3rd's and he does most of his business for comercial companies and does the 3rd's production stuff on the side as he is a keen 4wheeler so he is a very busy person. It's a small work shop in Sydney, not a big manufacturing plant. I don't have his number on me at the moment but I'll send you his mobile and you can talk to him direct.

I agree with toughnut. I've never had any dealings with 3rds, but i'd burr up if someone said that to me after a minor misunderstanding.

they are ok to talk to on the phone..... just don't be in a hurry for your stuff. My radius arms took about 8 weeks.
