HILUX DIFF BREATHERS
G'day everyone,
I,ve got stocko breathers in my 94" Hilux and want to extend them. What is the best way to do it?
I've seen a kit on the snake racing website for $77, does anyone know if they screw into the diff housing and if they are worth it (just the kit I mean)?
All help is greatly appreciated.

The fitting in the diffs is a metric one but 1/8 BSP fits perfectly.
Just go to anywhere that sells air fittings and get a barb hose tail and some fuel hose.
Chuck a cheapo in line fuel filter on the end of the hose to stop crap getting in.
Too easy.

Nissan Part # 38323-C6010 will screw straight into 8" and 7.5" toyota hilux diffs. Should be less than $10 each. You might have to bend the front one a bit if your truck is IFS. 30 feet or less of fuel line will allow you to run both breathers up to the firewall. I stuck some foam engine breathers on the end instead of the stock breathers. If you want to re-use the stock breathers on the end you'll have to get some adapters cos the ID of the fuel line that fits the Nissan hose barbs is too small to fit on the stock Toyota breathers.
