body lift on nh? (where and costs?)

heya,

i tried to look this up in the 'bible' but the link relating to the page was dead, and not much mentions prices or where to do it in qld.

with the assumtion im going to rub my new 33's im pre-emptively going to ask what costs are involved with a smallish (say 40mm) or so lift on my NH to help the clearances, and where in brisbane might i find somewhere to supply/fit it.

ive read a lot about people having issues with the transfer case lever etc fouling stuff, breather pipes and electrical lines not being long enough etc etc.. wondering what to expect for a small lift (im guessing 40+ mm will have issues like xfer case lever fouling, so whatever size is a minor amount to give a bit of extra height/clearance).
