changing cam in 22r

hello all, can someone please tell me how hard it is to change the cam on a 22r, and if anyone has any suggestions on what cam to use, i need more torque for towing.

give up, 22r's and towing don't go together, had mine reground, and it wasn't much better :x

They're easy enough to change, all you'll need is a good torque wrench and basic tools, one trick i will let you in on and it is very important and it could save you hours and dollars, that is, when you're removing the old cam and you've taken off the timing chain sproket, use a piece of wire to hold the chain to the sproket so it doesnt jump a tooth and throw out your timing.
