tires you will always get 29032948230498230948 opinions on. search and you will find fuck all against MTR's.

prices - well that depends how well you can bargain -one dude in the BFG thread says $240 i think it was.. I'd buy 2 dozen at that price

I rate them very highly as a touring tyre. My last set did 45k and still had 11mm of tread left on them - new is 15mm. I would think that 100k is more than possible out of them. I know that BFG A/Ts can get those sort of numbers, too...but they are a far cry from the MT/R when it comes to wet roads and off-road work.

Prices will vary considerably. There was a recent price increase and it really depends on stock levels, your bargaining skills, and whether the salesman got some the night before.

when i got mine they were $340 each

got them for $270 ea because me and two other guys had ordered them at the same time

buying power works with stuff like this, see if you can get someone alse who wants them too.

and stay away from the goodyear stores. they were more expensive again.

I bought the first set in the tradingpost for $600buck near new.

I just picked up a set of 33's for $309ea fitted and balanced - you should be able to do better over east - we generally pay the "WA tax" for stuff over here.

Cheers,
