How To Remove Door Screws???
G'day, I need to pull my doors off my sierra. The screws holding the hinges on for the doors are tight as and the ones for the back door are even worse! I cant get them undone. How have others succeeded??

or heat.
i have in the past used the grinder to take the head off. then the left over has come out easy as when the door is removed cause of the heat to the locktitie.
rear should be ok. are they the phillips head ones in there or bolts, i had bolts in the NT

BUT you will not be able to refit them as the hole now has bolt with no head sticking out of it
Weld a nut onto the bolt head, heat from welding will loosen some of the crap in the tread. Then put a spanner on the nut and remove the bolt
There is a phot somewhere in the Zuk section showing this method

When you do finally get the out do youself a favour and put anti sieze (copper paste) on the new bolts
Allen Key bolts will be easier to take out in the future too

Did this four days ago on my weekend (Tue/Wed) and was almost ready to swear off Zooks!
Shattered the two tips that came with the shiny new impact driver, got another one and got nowhere by tapping it. After buying replacement bolts from a wrecker, I finally resorted to an eazi-out.
Put a 3mm drill straight down between the four slots, or what was left of them in most cases, and you don't have to go too far. Used a number 4 eazi-out - 11-14mm : 7/16 to 9/16.
Got them all out and some could still be put back in with a Phillips driver. It takes lot of slow and steady torque on the wrench turning it and you'd swear it's going to break, but they all broke free instead. Except the last one, that broke the eazi-out - it was then I picked up the cold chisel....
Anyway, it works and you might get to re-use the bolts if you need them.

Door bolts
I recently replaced all my bolts with stainless button head capscrews. What a shitfight. I smashed an impact driver bit that has survived 20 years of my abuse. I found the easiest way was to hit with a cold chisel to crack and then unscrew with large phillips. Hit the top of the screw in a downward direction to put a good dent at 12 o'clock, then with the tip of the chisel in this dent lean the top of the chisel to the right(2 oclock) and hit again. APPLY plenty of INOX / WD-40 / CRC as you go. I would also recommend never seize.
