where to buy diff centres

Im chasing 4.6 diff gears or centres for my GU 1999 4.5ltr petrol Patrol. Now im lead to belive that it has the bigger rear diff the H260.. I was wondering if anyone can tell me where is the best place to buy and how much.

I dont think at extra $1000 is steep, have you priced up a set of genuine 4.6 gears? I believe the ones for sale are complete diff centre's bolt in drive away...

unless you can fit them there is also the cost of getting them fitted as well, new bearings and so forth.

4.1 arent worth anything these as they are the most common ratio around.

try Brunswick Diesel in WA they usually have a few to get rid of (complete centres) - they may even do you a deal if you have 3.9's or 3.5's.

and i also have the centres .
I believe the 4.1s arent worth much,thats why i have never sold mine

I have one brand new in box aftermarket front 4.6 gears (c&j or something) $260.00
