hey mate im doin almost the same thing in my gq, i have a dash mounted touch screen (screwed into dash) and im mounting a carpc in an overhead console to keep it clear when i cross those evil nasty rivers just an idea tho . When you get yours done you must show all with pics like ill be doing when my car is finally rego'd

This is my mates table in my truck. I'm making another the same ready for the Best of the Best Navrun later this year. Easily hooks on or off, no damage to the vehicle and is very strong. We did 4 Navruns with this and numerous other trips with no dramas.

Nope, it's easy to get in or out. Still quite a distance between table and stomach, unless you a real big ass.
