what next building a 75 ute allrounder..

Post by andymancandy »

The ute is a 1990 75 petrol ute with low k's dual tanks well looked after.. I have added 33 inch claws and front and rear lockers dual bats and i am getting places not many people can ... admittedly I am willing to sacrifice panels to do so but i dont care.. I know 75's dont flex Especially with leaves f+r but i am gonna stick with em because i am not gonna re engineer this truck.. but any tips ie a bible for 75's would be great.. just for your intrest I will post a pic of my truck before any mods.. testing the limits of 31 inch tyres and 8 leaf flex..

Tips welcome.. any Qld'rs wanna go for a strap in seq get in contact cheers

75

gday mate a winch will help get you out of the places that the others cant get in to. (some times you always end up just in deeper shit) and i heard somewhere that 79 series rear springs are longer than 75s so i recon they might work well with extended sackels. And when i get the lux going im up for a run for sure.

Body lift

I did a two inch body lift on mine, cost $200, took half a day, and meant no more scrubbing out tyres (33')
