disc brakes stopping on hzj75x

Post by tobie »

question for the day

my 75x has 4 wheel disc brakes, problem is the front virtually lock up when pedal pushed, but the rear do not seem to work

with the load proportining valve do you wind the nut down or up the threaded rod?

just trying to get the rear to work a bit better

It has to be the LPV as a customer of mine had the same problem.

Have a goof look @ the valve/s and see if its leaking like a siv.

A new LPV is about $800 odd but a rebuild kit is only $70-80.

Adjust the arm and let us know how you go, but the LPV is def causing your braking problems.. :)
