annoying vibrating squeak passenger side

Post by macey »

Anyone know what a vibrating squeaky noise would be thats coming from behind the passenger dash board low down. It only happens on low revs and goes away when cruising speeds. At idle the noise is mild to when you accelerating up through the gears. New 2in body mounts are fitted, tight, and no cracks in floor panels, all checked. any ideas ? In a GQ LWB , thanks

noises

Post by Stu - r - dee »

My Lwb GQ had cracks all through the front doors and the bonnet hinges were stuffed. Plated up all the cracks in the doors and put new bolts in the bonnet hinges and the car is now quiet as. A dream to drive. Hope this can shed some light.
